PRESSSING INSTRUCTIONS: PRESS TWICE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 10 SECONDS WITH TEFLON SHEET AND PRESSING PILLOW. PRESSING PILLOW IS INSIDE THE GARMENT TO HELP IT RISE ABOVE THE SEAMS. I RUB OVER EACH TRANSFER IN BETWEEN PRESSES TO ENSURE THE ADHESIVE IS MAKING CONTACT WITH THE CLOTHES. AFTER FINAL PRESS, RUB TRANSFER A FEW SECONDS AND ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY. ONCE COMPLETELY COOL, ROLL OFF CARRIER SHEET!! IF ANYTHING DOES NOT STICK, REPREAT PROCESS.
