Processing times

• DTF gang sheets & transfers: printed within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). No weekend printing — we're closed Sunday. Orders placed Friday–Sunday start printing the next business day.
• Everything else (vinyl, blanks, supplies): ships within 1–2 business days.

Shipping

We ship USPS or UPS from Taylor, Michigan. Most packages arrive within 1–3 business days after leaving the shop. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is created — if you don't see it, check your spam folder. You can also check Track Order any time.

Free local pickup

Local to Downriver? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and skip shipping entirely. We'll text and email you the moment your order is ready. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 11 AM–7 PM · Sat 12–5 PM · closed Sunday.

If something goes wrong

• Tracking stuck or package lost: reach out and we'll open a claim with the carrier once it's been 15 business days without movement.
• Wrong or defective item: call or text 734-726-4111 or email wickstreetvinyl@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
• DTF print sizes can vary up to 1/8" — that's normal for the process, not a defect.

Order changes

Custom prints move fast: cancellations within the production window carry a 20% fee, and orders can't be changed once printed. Full details in our Refund Policy.
