FashionFlex® Puff by Specialty Materials in a 12" × 20" sheet, 31 colors. A heat transfer vinyl that rises into a soft, embroidery-like 3D texture the moment it comes off the press — varsity numbers, chunky retro type, clouds, anything you want to look stitched without the stitching.

How to apply FashionFlex® Puff

  1. Mirror your design and cut it with the shiny carrier side down (45° blade). Keep letters chunky — puff loses fine detail.
  2. Weed away the excess vinyl.
  3. Pre-press the garment for 2–3 seconds.
  4. Cover with a Teflon or parchment sheet and press at 305°F for 8–15 seconds with medium, even pressure (White and Silver 290°F; Lilac, Pink and Neons 275°F).
  5. Peel the carrier hot, the moment the press opens — that is when it puffs. No second press and no layering.

  • Works on: cotton, uncoated polyester, poly/cotton blends, polyester/acrylic. Not for nylon.

Care: Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
