How to apply Reflective HTV

  1. Mirror your design and cut it with the shiny carrier side down.
  2. Weed away the excess vinyl.
  3. Pre-press the garment for 2–3 seconds.
  4. Cover with a Teflon or parchment sheet and press at 302–320°F for 10–12 seconds with medium pressure.
  5. Let it cool completely, then peel the carrier cold.

  • Finish: reflective
  • Thickness: 180 microns (±5%) without the PET carrier
  • Layering: single layer only
  • Works on: cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends. Test-press a scrap on unfamiliar fabrics.

Care: Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Turn the garment inside out, machine wash cool or warm (under 140°F / 60°C) with mild detergent, and line dry.
