Files print exactly as uploaded — we can't take special requests in the notes. Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee; see our Refund Policy.
Design requirements
- 300 dpi or higher — lower resolution prints pixelated
- Transparent background
- Minimum line thickness 0.02 in
- Upload at the exact size it will print — we don't resize artwork
- Accepted files: .ai, .eps, .png
- Do not mirror images
- Best built on a computer (not a phone)
Pressing instructions
- Press at 300° for 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet
- Allow to cool completely — especially small detail items
- Peel when cool
- Repress 10 seconds with Teflon at 300° to matte out the transfer and set it into the fabric
