Standard orders print on business days (Mon–Fri). Saturdays are Same Day only — pick Same Day in the builder and order by 3 PM ET (closed Sunday). We'll email or text you the moment your order is ready for pickup or ships.

Please don't submit multiple quantities of the same gang sheet — expand your sheet to be bigger, or build another one. You'll save money and it helps us make sure every image prints.

Design requirements

  • 300 dpi or higher — lower resolution prints pixelated
  • Transparent background
  • Minimum line thickness 0.02 in
  • Upload at the exact size it will print — we don't resize artwork
  • Accepted files: .png, .jpg, .webp, .svg, .pdf, .ai or .psd — not .eps
  • Do not mirror images
  • Build it on a phone, a tablet or a computer — the builder fits each one

Pressing instructions

  1. Press at 300° for 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet
  2. Allow to cool completely — especially small detail items
  3. Peel when cool
  4. Repress 10 seconds with Teflon at 300° to matte out the transfer and set it into the fabric

Your images arrive on one roll (not cut separately). Every screen shows color a little differently — design in CMYK for the truest match. Want peel-and-stick decals for cups, glass or coolers instead? That's UV DTF.
