DTF & UV DTF have a 48-hour turnaround and standard orders print Monday–Friday. Saturdays are Same Day rush only (order by 3 PM ET); a standard order placed on a Saturday goes into Monday's print queue. Some orders finish sooner, but that's not guaranteed — we'll always text or email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Cancellations within the 48-hour production window are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order goes to print, it can't be cancelled or refunded.
Prints are accurate to within 1/8" of the ordered size. Slight size variance is normal and not considered a defect.
