How to apply ThermoFlex® Plus

  1. Mirror your design and cut it with the shiny carrier side down.
  2. Weed away the excess vinyl.
  3. Pre-press the garment for 2–3 seconds.
  4. Press at 320–330°F for 15 seconds with medium pressure.
  5. Peel warm, then cover with Teflon and re-press for 2 seconds to lock it in.

  • Composition: polyurethane
  • Layering: yes (Light Blue PLS-9576 must be the top layer)
  • Works on: cotton, uncoated polyester, poly/cotton blends. Dye migration is possible with low-energy dyes in polyester.

Care: Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Machine wash warm, tumble dry normal. Dry cleaning is acceptable.
