Sublimation Gang Sheet — 24" Wide (Mirrored Print)

Sublimation is for polyester & poly-coated blanks only. The dye goes into the surface, so there's nothing to peel and nothing to feel. It will not work on cotton or dark fabrics — printing on cotton shirts or hoodies? You want our regular gang sheets instead.

What sublimation is for

White or light-colored polyester shirts (65% poly or higher — the more poly, the brighter the print), sublimation tumblers and mugs, coasters, mouse pads, keychains, ornaments and any blank with a polymer coating. Pressed with heat, the dye bonds permanently — no cracking, no peeling, no texture.

How it works

👉 Open the Gang Sheet Builder, upload your designs, fill the sheet and pick your size. We print it on a 24" wide sheet, already mirrored — just cut out each design and press. Building on a computer is strongly recommended.

Turnaround

• Printed within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday) — Saturdays are Same Day only, closed Sunday
• You'll get an email when your order ships or is ready for pickup

One sheet beats many

Please don't order multiple quantities of the same gang sheet — expand your sheet to a bigger size or build another one instead. You'll save money, and it helps us make sure every one of your images gets printed.

Design requirements

• 300 DPI recommended — lower resolution prints pixelated
• Upload files at the exact size they'll print — we don't resize artwork
• Do not mirror your images — we mirror the whole sheet for you at print time
• Sublimation has no white ink: any white in your design is simply the color of the blank
• Accepted files: .png, .jpg (transparent .png recommended)

Files are printed exactly as submitted — we can't make changes from order notes. Colors look dull on the paper and come alive when pressed; screens still show color differently than print, so design in CMYK where possible. Sheets arrive on a roll, not cut apart. Pressing instructions

Polyester shirts: about 385–400°F for 45–60 seconds, medium pressure, with butcher or protective paper above and below (dye can bleed through). Peel the paper hot in one smooth motion. Tumblers, mugs and hard blanks: follow the time and temperature for that specific blank — settings vary widely. Always do a test press on a spare blank first.

No refunds on orders that have already been printed. Cancelling a sublimation order carries a 20% restocking fee — see our Refund Policy for details.
